The most important thing in any business is keeping the customer happy. We at TelAway pride ourselves in our product but more so in our customer relations department. They are open from early in the morning until late at night working hard to make sure that our customers are happy.

When you:

  • Place an order, feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email with any questions you may have
  • When the order is completed and you want to make sure that it was received properly
  • When you want to track your SIM and find out just where it is
  • When your just not quite sure how to switch out your SIM card
  • When you land and something isn't working exactly right
  • Or just to say hi
